  • DRIVING EXPERIENCE A MUST–VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED
  • PROFESSIONAL MOVING EXPERIENCE A MUST

PAY RATE $19-$21.50 per Hour + Tips: Paid $16/hr + Tips During Training

JOB TYPE: Starting at Part-Time w/ Advancement to Full Time: Weekend availability REQUIRED–SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

We are looking to add to our team of Professional Movers. We only hire top-tier talent. Everyone won’t make the cut. We serve the best clients in the Houston area who are willing to pay top dollar for the best service.

  • TOP PAY – Lets be honest. Money is very important to you. All of our team members make between $20-$25+ an hour with tips. They can all vouch.

OUR INDUSTRY-LEADING COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

  • $19.00 to $21.50 an hour in the Driver position (before tips). Paid $16 + tips during training.
    • Training lasts anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or more, depending on the level of experience and overall aptitude.
  • Tips: average $1000 to $1500+ per month (approximately $5 to $8 an hour or more)
    • Total Hourly Pay for Drivers (with tips): $23.00 to $29.00+ an hour
  • Start earning PTO after 120 days of employment!
  • Aflac Benefits w/ Company Contribution

ALL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

  • Must have prior Professional Moving experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills. This is one of the most important keys to success.
  • Must have a clean background.
  • Must have reliable means of transportation to get to and from our office located in the Houston Heights.
  • This is a physically demanding job. If you’re not for hard work and sometimes long hours, this may not be the job for you.
